I have a laptop that's currently locked by BitLocker, and I can't retrieve the password or recovery key since I don't have access to the Microsoft email. I'm looking to completely wipe the hard drive, but I've been running into issues. I tried accessing the BIOS and Boot Manager, but the Boot Manager screen is frozen, and I'm unable to use any input devices, including arrow keys, external keyboard, or mouse. The Geek Squad suggested I could use a Linux disk managing program to wipe the drive at home, but they couldn't recall the name. Does anyone have suggestions for a solution?

You might want to try using a Windows reinstall USB. If you can create one and then select the "Custom" option during setup, it should wipe the drive. You can check out Microsoft's guide on how to create that USB.
That won't work for me. The Boot Manager is completely locked, and I can't get past that. I can't use any keys, and the laptop doesn’t even recognize if I plug in a USB.
