We're a company of about 100 employees, and we're looking for ways to integrate our on-premises apps and data into Entra without having to upgrade our Windows Server 2003 or relying on cloud solutions. What options do we have?

Honestly, I don't know how you're still running on Windows Server 2003 in 2025! That setup is not secure or supported anymore. If you really want to use Entra, which is cloud-based, you might need to consider upgrading your server at some point. The ideal move would be to start fresh with Entra and export your users from 2003, then import them into Entra with some scripting. It's not going to be a direct path, trust me.
