I really don't think a lot will change in the next three months. NVMe drives are generally backwards compatible, so a Gen 3 works in a Gen 4 slot without issues. As for DDR5 RAM, I doubt things will shift until DDR6 comes around, and that's a ways off.
Prices are predicted to stay high through 2026 or even longer, especially with AI demands pushing up the need for components. It's a tricky situation, as current shortages are tied to rapid AI infrastructure growth and panic buying.
