I'm trying to convert Disk0, which currently has my operating system installed, to GPT format. I've been using various commands in the command prompt, but I keep running into errors. Any advice on how to properly do this?

It sounds like you're hitting a wall because you can't format a disk that's actively in use by your OS. To change the format from MBR to GPT, you'll need to completely wipe the disk. The best way to do this is by using a Windows installation USB. Just boot from that and format the disk during the installation process.
Yeah, definitely! Just remember that this will erase everything on Disk0, so make sure to back up any important data before you proceed with the installation.
