I graduated from university in June and recently started a job as a junior React Native developer. My company mainly focuses on fast completion of online marketplace projects, which doesn't provide much opportunity for growth. I dream of working at leading tech companies in Bangladesh and major firms globally. During my university years, I dabbled in coding and competitive programming but never mastered any specific area, perhaps due to the pandemic interrupting my study.
I have experience with C++, Django, React, and React Native, and I can pick up new languages pretty quickly. Still, I feel like I could improve my problem-solving skills and development knowledge. I'm torn on what direction to take next—should I do more competitive programming to enhance my data structures and algorithms skills, or should I focus on learning the MERN stack or backend frameworks like .NET or Spring Boot? Additionally, is it worth my time to learn languages like C# or Java? There's just so much information out there, and I'm feeling stuck about how to move forward.

It sounds like you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed. Maybe take a short break to clear your mind from development stresses. When you're back, think about what you really want out of your career. This field can be intense, so it’s easy to feel lost. Consider focusing on areas that excite you instead of just what seems necessary.

Thanks for the suggestion! I've been thinking a lot about what I truly want, and I realize I need to narrow my focus.
