Hey everyone! I'm a bit frustrated trying to get Secure Boot working on my PC to play Battlefield 6. My setup isn't too old, but I can't seem to figure this out. When I turn off CSM in the BIOS to enable Secure Boot, my PC just boots straight into the BIOS and doesn't load anything else. I've seen different solutions online, but they all seem to lead me in circles.
For reference, I have a Gigabyte Technology Z590M GAMING X motherboard. Any advice to get this Secure Boot thing sorted would be greatly appreciated!

You should download MiniTool Partition Wizard to check your drives. If they’re MBR instead of GPT, that could be why it’s failing to boot. Since you’re not getting past BIOS with CSM off, it sounds like your boot drive needs to be set to GPT. MiniTool can also help you convert it to GPT without losing data, but it might be tricky to convert a Windows boot drive without a reinstall. Once you sort that, just go back to your BIOS, switch to UEFI, and enable Secure Boot there. It should work!
First, you might want to check if your boot drive is using GPT instead of MBR. That's a common issue when it comes to enabling Secure Boot. If your drive is still MBR, it won't work with Secure Boot. You can find more info on how to verify that in the link EA provides for technical issues with Secure Boot. Good luck!
I checked, and it says GPT in the partition settings, so I think that’s good!
Got it! Looks straightforward enough. But if I need to reinstall Windows, would I have to buy it again? I’m not super tech-savvy, just trying to game!
