I've been trying to access Microsoft Word and my notes, but there's a message that keeps popping up. The issue is that the 'okay' button won't respond, and the message doesn't disappear on its own, which leaves me stuck on that page. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Try opening another Office application like Excel. Start a new blank workbook, go to File > Account, and then under Update Options select Update Now. After the updates finish, restart your apps to see if that fixes the issue.
