I'm trying to figure out how to transfer my Windows 11 Pro installation from my hard disk drive (HDD) to one of my two solid-state drives (SSDs). After doing a factory reset, my computer inexplicably installed Windows onto the HDD instead. I really want it on one of my SSDs instead. I'm not very tech-savvy, so any tutorials or step-by-step guidance would be super helpful!

If you decide to make a flash drive installer, I suggest unplugging any other drives you have besides the one you want to install Windows on. This prevents any mix-ups during installation. Then, reboot your computer and select the flash drive when choosing a boot device. After the installation, you can plug your other drives back in.
You can create a bootable flash drive to install Windows directly onto one of your SSDs. It’s a straightforward process, and there are plenty of tools available like the Windows Media Creation Tool to help you with this. Just make sure to back up any important data first, just in case!
