I recently came across an old Asus P7F-X mainboard, but I'm unsure which pins I need to connect to turn it on. Can anyone guide me on how to get it started?

You'll want to look for the power button pins on the motherboard. They are usually located on the bottom right of the board. Just connect those to a power button or use a screwdriver to briefly short the pins to power it on.
Exactly! Just connect the pins you’ve found in the bottom right corner of the board. That should get it started without any issues.
