I accidentally deleted an important note on my Google Keep app while I was half asleep. I was able to use the redo function to recover some of it, but then I exited the note—and now the redo option is gone. I'm really worried since I still have missing information. Is there any way to get my note back? Maybe through version history, or is there something else I can try? I'm really hoping I'm not out of luck here!

If you accidentally closed your Google Keep note, I'm afraid there's no built-in way to recover lost text since the "Undo" and "Redo" only work while the note is open. However, there’s a chance you can recover some text using the Version History feature, which was introduced in 2023. Here’s a quick guide: 1. Go to keep.google.com on your computer. 2. Click on the note you need help with. 3. Tap the three dots at the bottom of the note for the More menu. 4. Select Version History. From there, you can pick a previous version and download it. Then just copy the text you need back into your current note. Good luck!

How can I check if the Version History feature is active on my account? Also, can I use my tablet to access this, or do I need a PC for it? Thanks!
