How do I remove GEARAspiWDM.sys to enable Memory Integrity in Windows 11?

I'm on Windows 11, and I'm having trouble turning on Memory Integrity because of a file named GEARAspiWDM.sys. I've already uninstalled iTunes and attempted to remove the CD Rom Drive through Device Manager, but I keep getting an 'access denied' message when I try to delete it using Command Prompt. I'm starting to worry this might be a virus. Any suggestions for how I can get rid of this file would be greatly appreciated!

One quick thing you can do is boot your computer into Safe Mode, find the GEARAspiWDM.sys file located in C:WindowsSystem32drivers, take ownership of it, and then delete it. That should help with enabling Memory Integrity!

I can't find that Safe Mode option. Is it still the F8 key to access it? And once I'm in Safe Mode, how exactly do I take ownership of the file?
