For about a week now, I've been dealing with the Trojan:Win32/SuspExec.HG!MTB on my computer. Windows Defender keeps detecting it, but no matter how many times I try to delete it, it just keeps coming back—almost daily. I even noticed it popping up during normal browsing on Chrome. I attempted to use Malwarebytes, did a full scan with Windows Defender, and even cleaned up some stuff with CCleaner, but nothing has worked so far. I'm hoping to find a solution that doesn't involve resetting or reinstalling Windows if possible.

If you're not keen on resetting or reinstalling, you might want to try out some different scanning tools like the ESET Online Scanner or Emsisoft Emergency Kit. They can sometimes catch threats that others miss.
If you've already tried those scanners and the problem persists, there's a backup option. You can use an Antivirus Rescue Disk, which runs outside your usual operating system. Basically, you’d create a bootable USB drive with an offline antivirus like Kaspersky Rescue Disk. This allows you to scan and quarantine malware without needing to boot your main OS, making it easier to deal with stubborn infections. You can find tutorials online that walk you through creating a bootable disk and scanning your system—just make sure to turn off Secure Boot in your BIOS if need be!

Will these tools definitely help me get rid of the original threat or just find more threats?
