I'm looking to install Linux Mint on a Ventoy USB, but I'm a bit unsure about the steps to take. I know I can use ISO files, but what is the proper way to do this without risking my current system? Here are my specs:

- 477 GB Storage with Windows 11 (not a fan, to be honest)
- 8 GB Graphics Card (dual GPUs)
- 16 GB RAM (4800 MT/s)
- 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13650HX (2.60 GHz)

To install Linux Mint with Ventoy, follow these steps: 1. First, install Ventoy on your USB stick (it will show up as two devices now). 2. Then, just copy the ISO files of the Linux distros you want onto the USB. 3. When starting your computer, enter the boot menu (usually, it's F8, but this can vary by motherboard). 4. Select the Ventoy option from the boot menu. 5. Choose the Linux distro you want to install, and it will boot into live mode. From there, you can either test the environment or install it directly, without affecting your current system.

Installing with Ventoy is pretty straightforward, but it seems like you might be misunderstanding the concept. If you want to install Mint as a dual-boot with Windows, that’s different. You can technically put Linux on the same drive as Windows, but I'd recommend getting a dedicated drive for a smoother experience. If you go the dual-boot route, be careful with partitioning; the 'Something else' option can help you manage that without messing up Windows. Just to clarify, what are you looking to achieve? It sounds like you want to have a Linux Mint installation, but running it just from the Ventoy USB stick isn’t going to give you a fully installed experience.
