I recently got a new phone and now my Microsoft Authenticator app isn't working. I really need it for school since classes start in 6 days, and I'm feeling a bit stressed about figuring this out. Can anyone help me with how to set it up again?

You can’t just transfer the app to your new phone and expect it to work. You need to enroll the Authenticator app on your new device instead. If you still have your old phone, that would help a lot! But if you don’t, reach out to your school’s IT department. They can force a re-registration for your account, and that will let you set up the Authenticator again the next time you log in.
