Hey folks! I'm new here and this is my first time trying to upgrade my PC since I built it back in 2020. A friend is selling me his RTX 3080, which I'm really excited about, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I'm also considering bumping my RAM from 16GB to 32GB, but I'm not sure if my current setup can handle these upgrades. If you're on a budget, you might also want to think about upgrading your CPU for better performance, especially if you’re going for that 32GB RAM boost. That combo could really enhance your gaming experience!
Honestly, going for the Ryzen will give you a nice boost! Just make sure your motherboard is compatible.
