How do I stick to my new routine and stop coding late at night?

I'm a 30-year-old guy with ADHD who's been juggling programming and marketing, but lately, I've been feeling burned out. I work a daily job to make ends meet and also have a passion project that I hope will lead to financial independence. It's like coding has turned into a casino for me — I find myself working all day and it's making me sick and unhappy. For instance, it's almost 11 PM, and I know I should stop, but I can't help the urge to squeeze in just a bit more work. This excitement keeps me awake at night. I really want to establish a healthier routine, aiming to cut off work after 6 PM and take weekends off. Any tips on how to stick to this plan? How do you all manage similar feelings? I'm in behavioral therapy, but I'm looking for additional perspectives.

It sounds like you might need to fine-tune your vibe code a bit! I sometimes ask tools to help simplify things for me and rewrite code when needed. It might take a few tries, but it can make a difference.
