How Do I Switch My Hard Drive from MBR to GPT for Windows 11?

I'm trying to upgrade my PC to Windows 11, but I'm stuck because I can't change my hard drive partitions from MBR to GPT. I'm also having trouble in the BIOS settings on my ASUS ROG motherboard; whenever I enable Secure Boot, it just keeps sending me back into the BIOS. To make matters worse, I'm now only able to boot by manually selecting my HDD as a boot override in the BIOS. I have my Windows installation on an NVME SSD, but the system reserved space is on my HDD. Could anyone guide me on how to proceed? It feels like I'm being pulled in a million different directions here!

First off, make sure you back up your data before making any changes to avoid losing files. Then, follow these steps:
1. Backup everything from your M.2 drive.
2. Create a bootable USB with Windows (there's a standard guide online).
3. Power off your PC and disconnect the hard disk.
4. Boot into the BIOS, then enable UEFI boot only, turn on Secure Boot, and enable fTPM.
5. Set the first boot device to the USB drive containing the Windows installer.
6. Start booting from the USB, and when you reach the installation screen, make sure to delete ALL partitions on the NVMe drive. You can reconnect the HDD after the installation is complete.

Should I back up my M.2 drive to the HDD, or is there a better option?
