I'm having trouble getting my Samsung Smart TV out of store mode. There's a Samsung logo stuck in the corner of the screen, and I can't find a way to remove it through the settings. I've even tried factory resetting the TV, but it didn't help. If anyone has tips or methods to fix this, I'd really appreciate your help!

To turn off the store demo mode, you might have to dig into the settings a bit. Try going to Settings > General > System Manager > Usage Mode, and switch it to Home Mode. You may need a PIN, which is usually '0000' by default.
You might want to check with the store where you bought it. Sometimes there’s a sticker on the screen that looks like it's part of the display, so double-check that too.
Haha, I really hope it's just a sticker! But is it still there when the TV is off?
No, it's definitely not a sticker. It disappears for a bit sometimes but then comes back.
I haven't asked the store—it’s my girlfriend's TV, and she’s been living with it for a while. No idea how long it's been like this.
Here’s a link to a YouTube video that might have the answer: [YouTube Link]. One suggestion I saw was to hit the volume button to bring up the on-screen display, then hold the menu button. You could also try downloading a remote app—that might help too!
I've looked through the settings, but the menu is pretty outdated and I haven’t found that option. I'll give the other methods a shot though!

I don’t get why they make these settings so hard to find! And the demo mode being the default is crazy; you'd think stores would turn that off.
