I don't really personalize much because we've automated everything with Intune and Autopilot. It's just easier that way!

Most of my deployments don’t get a lot of personal tweaks. I just try to keep it as stock as possible so users can customize based on their preferences. If they want to keep or change settings, that's on them!
Word! Why force my preferences on them when they can set it up how they like?
I like to clean up the Start menu, but only the pinned items. It's nice when users only see what they'll actually use frequently.

Honestly, I don't get why people hide the search bar. Just hit Start and type! But I get it... users often go to the search bar out of habit even if it’s unnecessary.
Exactly! If people only knew how easy it could be. But you can't blame them; they just follow what they know.
