I've been using ChatGPT for fun in the past, but recently I've stopped unless it's absolutely necessary for my classes, which I really dislike. I feel like using AI for answers takes away from the work that should be done by humans. While I can see AI handling mundane tasks, I worry about people getting lazy and relying on it for quick answers, plus the environmental impacts it might have. I've even installed a Google AI blocker and promised myself to avoid ChatGPT whenever possible, but I'm curious about other sneaky ways AI creeps into our lives. Any suggestions on how I can cut down on AI usage that I might not have thought of?

You control your choices! But honestly, this reads a bit like you're trying to kick a habit. Just be mindful of when you're using AI. Maybe explore where you use it most often and find alternatives.
Seems like avoiding ChatGPT might be a bit extreme. I find it super helpful. At this point, completely off-gridding isn't feasible; we might be too late to worry about AI integration.
Haha, I just want to stay consistent in my avoidance and not accidentally use it while discussing its pitfalls!
