I use Autopilot and Intune for Windows laptops. We drop-ship directly to the employees from the supplier. For Apple devices, Apple Business Manager along with your standard MDM setup works the same way. Just ensure the supplier can enroll the devices properly, and everything will run smoothly.
As your company grows, don't forget about expanding your support team too! It will help manage the influx of new employees and their needs.
Once you're all set with the new laptops, put them back into the original manufacturing boxes, seal them up, and print over the original shipping labels with new ones. We stack them at reception for a courier to pick up at the end of the day, which has worked well for us!
Honestly, if you're focused solely on shipping laptops, I can't even imagine all the other critical tasks piling up that you're not able to tackle right now. Just make sure you're not burning out!
