How Hard is it to Upgrade My New PC After Building?

I'm in the process of building a new PC with a B850 motherboard, a 9600x CPU, 850W PSU, 16GB RAM, storage, CPU cooler, and a 9060xt GPU. I haven't completed the build yet because I'm still looking for a case. However, I'm planning to upgrade my CPU to a 9800x3d and GPU to a 5070ti shortly after the initial build. I'm curious about how difficult this upgrade process will be once everything is set up.

Honestly, upgrading to those new parts shouldn't be a problem if you can handle the initial build. Just be prepared to clean off the old thermal paste when you swap the CPU. Also, are you considering doing the upgrades right after your build or are you waiting a bit?

Upgrading is pretty straightforward! Just remember to swap out your old components the same way you install them. For the CPU, you'll need to remove your cooler and apply new thermal paste before putting in the new chip. Make sure you get some good thermal paste like MX-6 too!

You might want to think about whether you really want to build now if you're just going to turn around and upgrade in a few months. It might be a good idea to wait and get everything at once, unless you already have some parts. Just a thought!
