I'm curious about how much time one should realistically invest to prepare for the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (SAA) exam or to land an entry-level cloud role. While I understand that it varies from person to person, what are the essential skills that a cloud developer should have? Also, can anyone suggest good resources to help me learn AWS and qualify for these roles?

I highly recommend checking out the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP) and SAA courses by Stephane Maarek on Udemy. They're comprehensive and well-structured. You can gain a lot of foundational knowledge there!
Adrian Cantrill's courses are also fantastic! They usually run around 50 hours and feature plenty of demos that primarily use the free tier on AWS, so you won't rack up costs unexpectedly. Additionally, I've found tutorialsdojo.com to be an incredible resource for practice questions and they often link back to the official documentation. Just remember to set up billing alerts to keep track of any potential costs while practicing on AWS!
Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely look into those resources.
