I'm setting up my first PC build with a Corsair 2500X case, which can hold up to 9 fans. I've heard opinions that 9 might be overkill, and it could even mess with airflow. I'm considering using 6 fans, but I want to make sure that's efficient and can achieve either neutral or positive air pressure. Also, any tips on fan placement would be great!

Just a heads up, the 2500X case is really geared towards radiator cooling. If you're using air cooling instead, the fan efficiency might drop. It's more about how you arrange the fans than just counting them!
Six fans should be plenty for your setup! You’ll be just fine with that number for cooling purposes.
Thank you for the tip!
