I built my first PC around January, so it's been nearly six months now. I'm curious about how often I should clean it and what cleaning tools are best. I've seen videos of people using blowers and canned air, but I'd prefer something reusable and safe. Also, are there any precautions I should take, like tying up the fan to prevent reverse airflow? Should I invest in a good air blower or just stick with a brush?

I clean my PC as soon as I spot dust, especially at the bottom and around the fans. Compressed air in a can is my go-to because it’s safe for components and lasts quite a while. For a reusable option, consider investing in a low-power compressor. Just avoid using a vacuum cleaner on it, trust me on that! Regular cleaning helps keep your PC in top shape.
I’m actually considering cleaning it every six months because of the dust build-up, but I’m worried about the dust getting stuck in the case's cavities.
