I'm new to building PCs and would love some advice on fan configuration for my setup. I'm planning to use a Montech Air 903 case with an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 cooling an AMD 9800X3D and a 9070XT. I'm considering a fan setup of 5 x 120mm intakes (including a 360mm AIO at the front and 2 x 120mm fans on the PSU shroud) and 3 x 140mm exhausts (1 at the rear and 2 on top). My main question is: am I overdoing it with the exhaust fans? Would it be better to switch the 2 PSU shroud fans to intake and just have a single exhaust? Is having the AIO and one exhaust sufficient? Also, there's only 17mm of space between my GPU and AIO; should I be concerned, or is that fine? Would a larger case like the Corsair 5000D be a better option?

Your setup sounds good! Honestly, fan arrangements can get pretty complicated, but the bottom line is just to make sure there's a flow of fresh air in and hot air out. You can always tweak the fan speeds if needed. Experimenting is key!
That's what I thought! I heard positive pressure helps keep dust down, but I was worried 3 big fans might overdo it compared to 5 smaller ones. Guess I’ll just try it all out and see what works best. Thanks!
