How to Bypass Bluetooth Mouse Issue During Boot?

I've been having trouble with my Bluetooth mouse causing long boot times. Currently, I unplug it until the basic system has loaded, which then allows the boot process to finish normally. Is there a way to make it so the system ignores my Bluetooth mouse until after the graphical interface is loaded?

Have you tried moving the mouse around during boot? That might help it stay awake and possibly speed things up! It’s worth a shot.

I haven't tried waking it up during boot yet. I'll give that a go!

Make sure to mention the details of your distribution and any specific hardware you’re using! It’s always helpful when troubleshooting. Also, if you edit the grub settings, you can try removing the splash screen to see any errors during boot. Just press E at grub to edit and then remove splash before quitting and pressing F10 to boot.

I’m aware of the errors; I just need a simpler solution since my Bluetooth mouse isn’t available until later in the boot process.
