I'm not really tech-savvy, so please bear with me! I usually connect my computer to my TV using an HDMI cable, but I noticed a change recently. It used to have black bands on the top and bottom, and the screen didn't fit properly. Now, it fills the screen completely and the black bands are gone. Is there any way to revert it back to how it was before? I'm happy to provide more details if needed!

It sounds like you might want to try changing the resolution settings on your computer. Head to Settings > System and play around with the resolution options. I usually find that a resolution of 1920x1200 gives me the black bars, whereas 1920x1080 fits the screen perfectly. Might work for you too!
If you’re not sure about changing aspect ratios on the TV, just grab the remote and look for a picture settings button. If you can find that, you should be able to adjust it—but if you need help finding it, let me know!
Check your TV's picture settings or aspect ratio settings. There's usually an option like 'Just Scan' or something similar that could be causing the issue. That might be what's affecting how the image is displayed on your screen!
