I've set up DMARC and SPF for my email configuration, but I just discovered that the DKIMSigningConfig is reporting FALSE. I'm not too familiar with PowerShell and was wondering if I could sort this out through the admin center instead. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I already set up DKIM, DMARC, and SPF too. I used MXtoolbox to double-check everything, and it’s all valid. However, the DKIMSigningConfig still reports FALSE even though the toggle in the security center is turned ON. Did you run into this issue? It’s quite frustrating!
Yes, you can definitely set this up through the Admin Center! You'll need to access your DNS provider, but if you've already set up SPF and DMARC, you should be good. Just go to Admin Centers > Security > Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat Policies > Email Authentication Settings > DKIM tab. From there, you'll find a toggle to enable DKIM. If the necessary records aren’t there yet, you'll get a prompt to create them. Once you set those up, check back in 20 to 60 minutes to see if you can enable it again after the DNS changes propagate.

It can be tricky sometimes! Have you confirmed that the DNS records for DKIM are correctly set up? Sometimes it takes a little while for changes to propagate, so just give it a bit of time after setting things up.
