How to Fix DPC Watch Dog Violation Errors While Gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm running into a frustrating issue with my PC that results in a DPC Watch Dog violation error, but only when I play specific games, like Mewgenics and Barony. My build includes an AMD 7800x3d processor, an AMD 9070xt graphics card, a 1000w Lian Li PSU, a TuF Gaming B650-E motherboard, DDR5 RAM, and a Hydroshift II LCD-S 360tl cooler. It's strange because I don't encounter this BSOD when I play other games, such as Cyberpunk, Helldivers, Deadlock, Fortnite, Monster Hunter, or BF6. I've ensured that everything is updated, from drivers to the CPU, but I'm at a loss for how to resolve this issue. Any suggestions?

No worries about the dump files; I’m sure you'll get them sorted soon. I recently had a similar issue, and analyzing the files helped me pinpoint a driver conflict. Just keep us updated, and we can help you figure it all out!

First off, you'll want to gather dump files which can help diagnose the BSOD issue. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the directory WindowsMinidump for any crash logs. These dump files contain useful information for analysis. Zip them up and share them via a file hosting site since some options might be blocked. It’s important to have multiple dump files just to get a clearer picture, so consider following a guide to adjust the dump type to a Small Memory Dump if you only find one file. This method will ensure you're capturing the needed information without overwriting previous data.

Good call on recommending the dump files! They really make troubleshooting easier. Just make sure to upload all you have so we can dive deeper into the analysis.
