I'm facing a frustrating issue with my HP Laptop (Model 15m -ds0011dx) where it's stuck in a login loop. When I turn it on, I see the lock screen, but as soon as I swipe up or hit the space bar to enter my password, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and then returns to the lock screen. I'm also confused about how to access safe mode since the power button icon isn't clickable on the lock screen. Any tips on how to resolve this?

You can use the physical power button located on the left edge of your laptop to force a shutdown. Just hold it down until the laptop turns off, and then turn it back on. To access safe mode, keep pressing the F8 key after the HP logo appears when you restart. It might take a couple of tries, so don't worry if it doesn't work on the first go.
I totally get the frustration! That lock screen issue can be tricky. If the F8 key doesn't work, you might need a recovery drive to access safe mode. You can create one on another Windows machine, which should help in troubleshooting your login problem without getting stuck in the loop.

Just be careful when you force it off! It could cause data loss if something's running. Always try to shut it down properly first.
