Hey everyone! I just upgraded my graphics card from an RX 580 to a 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM, and while everything worked fine before, I'm now experiencing stuttering and freezing in games. My CPU usage is maxing out at 100%, which I suspect might be due to a bottleneck issue. I'm using a Ryzen 7 5700, and I've already reinstalled Windows and updated my drivers, which helped a little, but I'm still not getting the FPS my new GPU should be delivering. Any suggestions to boost my performance? I'm really at my wits' end here!

Just wanted to let you know that enabling XMP really helped with the stuttering for me! But I’m still struggling with low FPS too, especially in Fortnite, where I'm only getting 80-90 FPS. Is there a chance something else with my CPU might be causing this issue since the usage is still hitting 100%?
First off, have you enabled DOCP/XMP for your RAM? Some games can stutter during the initial play due to shader compilation, so give it a couple of hours to see if it settles down. Also, consider lowering your graphics settings a bit to see if that helps with performance.
