I recently reset my laptop and reinstalled Windows using cloud download. However, now when I turn it on, it just stays stuck on the loading screen with spinning dots. After a while, it powers off and starts over again. What can I do to fix this issue?

It sounds like your laptop might be stuck in a boot loop. After reinstalling Windows, did you remember to unplug any USB drives after the initial installation? Those can sometimes cause the system to keep trying to boot from them.
I didn't do that. I actually fell asleep while it was at 35%, and when I woke up and charged it, it was still stuck on that screen.
