Lately, I've been really hesitant to update my Windows 11 PC due to concerns about the stability of the updates. Ever since Microsoft started integrating AI features, I've had nightmares about getting stuck in boot loops, encountering audio issues that would require me to reformat, or Bluetooth just failing altogether. I'm genuinely stuck on what to do here. I know I'll probably hear suggestions to switch to Linux, and trust me, I've considered it. However, I'm not super confident about installing a new OS, especially with all the gaming options and potential complications with my hybrid GPU and Nvidia drivers. I've held off on updates since I upgraded to 24H2 two months ago, but I'm being pushed to upgrade to 25H2 every time I pause the updates. Should I take the plunge and update, or is it okay to stay on this version for now?

Honestly, it sounds like you're stressing over nothing. I recently got a new Framework 13 laptop and have updated it many times without a hitch. It's just Microsoft doing their usual thing. Some people get all jumpy about updates, but if you're not running any crazy modifications or debloaters, you're likely going to be fine.

Oh, nice! I've been eyeing the Framework. You're probably right; sometimes we freak out for no reason. Are you running the latest 25H2 update?
