Hey everyone! I'm in Healthcare IT and I've got a bit of a tricky situation. One of our providers wants his Microsoft Teams status to show as 'Available' all the time while he's on call. I know Teams usually changes your status to 'Away' after a short period of inactivity, and he's not satisfied with that. He wants to receive only Teams messages, no phone calls or pagers. It sounds a bit odd, but I have to find a solution according to my boss's request. Does anyone know if there's a way to keep his status active? Thanks in advance for any help!

One solution could be using a mouse jiggler or a script that simulates keystrokes. This keeps the system from going idle and changing the status!
