I'm taking the SAP-C02 exam in two weeks, and I've been advised to use a personal computer for the test due to VPN issues. The problem arises because my AWS Certification Account is tied to my organization's Single Sign-On (SSO). I tried logging in with my Amazon Builder ID, but I would have to create a new account and lose all my data. What should I do to manage this situation?

If you've got two weeks, consider transferring your certifications to a personal account. Just log into your BuilderID and merge the two accounts. It's actually recommended to keep certs in personal accounts rather than corporate ones. This way, you won't lose your data during the exam.

I just signed into BuilderID and it seems like creating a new account means losing everything. Are you sure I can recover my data if I choose the BuilderID option? Plus, I've got a voucher for the exam, so I really don't want to mess this up!
