I'm looking for ways to manage which senders go directly to the Focused Inbox in Outlook. I understand that it uses some algorithm to determine what emails are important, but I'm particularly interested in ensuring emails from our HR department are delivered correctly. Are there any system-wide options or settings I can adjust for this?

Have you considered just turning off the Focused Inbox? Sometimes that’s the easiest fix if you can't rely on the sorting to work right.
If you're using Office 365, you can set up a transport rule that lets specific email addresses bypass the Focused Inbox. This way, you can make sure important messages, like those from HR, land in the right place. Just modify the message properties accordingly. Thanks! I knew something had to be out there; couldn’t find it on my own!
Yes, definitely! You can also create a mail flow rule to manage this effectively.
Thank you, I appreciate the tips!

Haha, true! I might ask around to see if that’s something users would prefer. I’ll also provide instructions on how to disable it if that's the route we go.
