How to Move Arch Linux from USB HDD to Internal SSD for Dual Boot?

Hey everyone! I recently installed Arch Linux on an external USB HDD and I'm looking to move it to my internal SSD so I can dual-boot with Windows. The USB drive is just way too slow for my liking. I've checked the wiki, but I wasn't able to understand much of it since I'm a bit of a newbie. Does anyone have any advice on how I can make this transition? Thanks!

You might want to check out Rsync; it's a handy tool for transferring files. It should help you move your Arch installation smoothly to the SSD.

Okay but I'm trying to move everything, not just select files.
