I have a user who added her Hotmail account to Windows 11, and now I'm trying to remove it because it shouldn't be there. When I go to Settings > Accounts > Your Accounts, I can see her Hotmail account alongside her business account, which is the one that should be there. However, clicking 'Manage' prompts me to sign in to her Hotmail account, and I don't have those credentials. As an administrator, is there a way to delete her Hotmail account without signing in?

It sounds like her account might be set up as an online account instead of a local one. It could be worth looking into how to convert it to a local-only account. That way, you might be able to remove the Hotmail address without deleting her entire user profile.
If you can log in to an admin account, try using "lusrmgr.msc". This will let you manage user profiles directly, and you can add or remove accounts from there. Just be careful not to delete her entire user profile—only the Hotmail part.
You might want to check the Advanced System Settings, specifically the User Profiles section. Make sure you're logged in as a local admin, not just the network admin. That could allow you to access the necessary options to remove the Hotmail account.
