I'm having trouble taking off my stock AMD cooler from the CPU. I've already checked that everything is unscrewed, and I even ran my computer for about 10 minutes to try to heat up the thermal paste. Any tips or tricks to help me get this thing off?

Try twisting the cooler gently while pushing down towards the socket. This technique helps avoid bending any pins since it's common for AM3/4 chips to get stuck. Just be careful with it!
Another method is to heat things up a bit. After unscrewing, twist the cooler as well. If it's still stuck, consider using a hairdryer for some extra heat to loosen it up.
Or you could try soaking it with 100% isopropyl alcohol if nothing else works.
Using a hairdryer is a solid tip too! Just be cautious with the heat.
Thank you so much! It worked, and when it finally came off, my heart sank a little!
