How to Resolve MBRGPT Validation Issues When Upgrading to Windows 11?

I'm attempting to upgrade my custom-built PC to Windows 11, but I've run into some hurdles. Despite my efforts, my PC isn't eligible for the upgrade, and I've learned about the importance of Secure Boot. When I tried to use the mbrgpt2 command in Command Prompt, it didn't validate my disk correctly. Additionally, it seems my BIOS is set to legacy mode, which complicates things further. I'm not very familiar with these technical aspects, and I want to make sure I don't lose any of my data while fixing this. Any advice on how to proceed?

You could check out a project called flyby11classic on GitHub; it might help. Just be cautious with anything you download. Also, ensure your system's BIOS settings are correct, but remember—updating Windows 11 will still allow for security updates, as long as your system meets the requirements!

Before making any changes, make sure to back up your data just in case something goes wrong. Have you run a Windows 11 update scan on your current operating system? That might help you identify what needs to be adjusted first.

Just a heads up, switching from legacy mode can be risky if you're not sure what you're doing. If you go that route, make sure to have your important files backed up beforehand. Better safe than sorry!
