I'm really frustrated right now. I'm setting up Intune along with Windows 11, which has generally gone smoothly. However, I revived an old desktop that hadn't been on for a year, ran the updates, and started the Windows 11 update process. Unfortunately, the update failed twice and the system reverted back to Windows 10.
Now that I've updated the BIOS, I want to try again, but the Windows 11 update option is missing. I've rebooted the system, switched accounts, reset Windows Update, tried disabling the safeguards for feature updates, and even deleted and rejoined Intune/Entra. Despite the update ring being processed, the Windows 11 update just won't show up again. What am I missing here?

You might want to take a look at the registry. There could be clues there about why the upgrade is being blocked. Check out this resource for more info on upgrade experience indicators: [link]. It might help you find out what's going on!
First, make sure that the device is actually compatible with Windows 11. I had a similar issue where the prompt disappeared after I found out my device was missing the TPM requirement. Double-check your system specs just to be sure!
I checked, and it is compatible. I've updated others with the same specifications, so that shouldn't be the issue.
I looked into it and nothing seems blocked. There are entries like "GatedBlock..." but their data shows as "none".
