I'm in a bit of a pickle! I built my PC in a huge case (Antec Flux Pro), and now that I'm moving cities, I have no clue how to get it there safely. I'll be taking a train, but I can't find any bags that will fit my case. I'm looking for affordable transport solutions. Should I remove my GPU even though I'm planning to carry it with me? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

It's best to remove the GPU and CPU cooler if you're not using an AIO or hardline cooling. A sturdy box is a great choice for transport, and you can use foam padding to keep everything safe. You can find affordable options on sites like Amazon. If shipping is an option, make sure to take photos before sending it, just in case you need to file an insurance claim for damage.
I don't want to pry, but how far are you moving?
Can you rent a vehicle for your move? It might make transporting easier.
Unfortunately, I don't have a driver's license.
When I moved, I used a large suitcase and packed clothes around the PC. I removed the GPU and stored it in its original box. It worked out just fine!

About 2 hours and 30 minutes by train, from London to Manchester.
