How to Stay Safe After Multiple Account Hacks?

Hey everyone, I've had a really tough few days and I need some advice. My Discord account got hacked three days ago, and then it started sending scam messages to my friends. Discord locked my account, but I managed to reset my password and get it back. Just yesterday, my Reddit account got hacked too; it was blocked for suspicious activity, but after a password reset, I got it back. Today, my Telegram account was targeted, but they only checked a channel for crypto. The worst part? My Steam account got hacked too, and the hacker played Rust with cheats, getting me game banned! I've set up two-factor authentication (2FA) on all these accounts, and I've also changed all my passwords. I ran a deep scan with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, which found 40 suspicious files! I'm super worried and just want to know if I'm really safe now. What should I do next?

It sounds like you might be dealing with malware on your computer. The first step is to reinstall Windows from a USB stick to ensure everything is clean. After that, change your passwords for all affected accounts and make sure to enable 2FA on everything. Also, remove any unknown devices connected to your accounts and consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago! I followed these exact steps, and I haven't had problems since. Good luck, OP!

Wow, this sounds like a coordinated attack. It’s possible someone you know could be behind it if they have personal info about you. Think about whether anyone in your life might have a reason to harm you. Just be cautious with your info and interactions online!

Could be a security flaw in the Discord app if you use it instead of the web version. There have been issues in the past where going through their app might expose you to attacks. Also, watch out for any suspicious links you might have clicked without realizing it.
