I'm curious about the overall job market for developers, specifically those working in frontend, backend, or full-stack roles. Is it difficult to find a job without being specific about geographic location? I'm not referring to beginners who pick up HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a month and immediately start job hunting.

Let me share a quick story. At my company, we had one mid-level position open last year and ended up with 3,000 applicants! It was insane—out of those, we could really look through about 800 resumes. Most of them lacked even the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We found maybe 80 with some real skills and eventually narrowed it down to 5 viable candidates. In the end, we hired this one enthusiastic person who turned out to be the best choice! So yeah, it's a tough market right now, especially for the countless qualified candidates we never even got to see.
From what I've seen, it seems like the market is pretty tough for absolute beginners but not so bad for those with some experience. If you're somewhere in the middle with a decent skill set, you're in a moderate spot. Just remember, vague questions usually get vague answers!
Yeah, it was a very broad question. Thanks for the answer!
You should also consider that location plays a big role in all this. Where are you planning to look for jobs?
I might be late to respond, but I'm looking around central Asia.

Yea, that sounds really tough. Thanks for sharing your experience!
