I've noticed that Java developers using the Spring Boot framework can easily earn around 50 LPA with about 8 years of experience. I'm curious if Python Django developers with a similar level of experience can expect comparable salaries. Just to clarify, I'm not referring to data engineers here.

In general, the pay for developers in India can be quite variable. Really skilled developers tend to earn good salaries, but there are always those on the lower end that can skew the average. So while 50 LPA is certainly achievable for experienced Python Django developers, it really depends on the specific skills and experience of the individual.

Also, just to clarify, those numbers are pretty accurate. 50 LPA translates to roughly 60,000 USD a year at the current exchange rates. So it's definitely within the realm of possibility for experienced developers in the right roles.
