I'm completely new to PCs and I'm excited to build my very first one! I have a budget of around $1,000 and I'm looking for a setup that can run games smoothly and look good, but nothing too over the top. I've got a general idea of the parts I need like the GPU, RAM, and power supply, but I could really use some help on what would be the best components for my budget. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you can access a Micro Center, they often have fantastic combo deals. For example, you might be able to snag a 7700x with 32GB of RAM and a motherboard for just $399! It’s a great way to stretch your budget further.

Just to gauge, have you built or repaired any PCs before? Experience can really make a difference when tackling a build like this.

A budget of $1,000 is quite decent for your first build! I suggest looking up some YouTube tutorials on building PCs; they really help! For your budget, you could build something with an RX 9060 XT, and there are a bunch of $1,000 build guides available that could spark some ideas for the rest of your parts. Enjoy the process!

You might want to check out pre-built options on PCPartPicker. It's a great site where you can customize your build and get feedback from others to help you save money while optimizing your setup! 👍💰
