Hey everyone, I'm in a tough spot right now. I'm currently studying UX at university, but I've been relying on AI for my programming assignments, which has led to me falling behind. Now that we're getting into HTML, JavaScript, and VueJS, I feel completely lost and can barely explain the basics. I know I've messed up and I want to make a change, but I'm not sure how to get back on track. YouTube videos don't seem to help me grasp the concepts. Does anyone have some ideas or resources that could help me out?

Focus on grasping the fundamentals first! Work on small projects to apply what you learn. There are great free resources like MDN web docs. You might also consider structured courses on Codecademy or FreeCodeCamp. Engaging with programming communities can provide you with support too. The key is consistent practice and not rushing through it!

Check out MDN's Learn web development tutorial; it's super helpful! I also suggest a "reps" approach. Just like with exercise, repeating coding tasks can really help you understand things better. Code it out several times, from scratch, and you'll notice improvements over time!

You might want to start by chatting with your lecturer; they could offer some valuable guidance. Don't hesitate to ask for help – it's part of the learning process!
