I've been experiencing intermittent drops in my internet speed down to about 90 Mbps. This happens multiple times a day or sometimes just once every few days. The weird part is that unplugging and reconnecting the WAN fixes the issue temporarily, as does power cycling the ONT. I've gone through three different routers and numerous cables, but the problem persists. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

I’ve had a similar issue, and it's worth noting that the problem can affect every device connected to the network, whether they’re wired or wireless. If two of your routers have built-in speed tests and they confirm the same drop in speed, that indicates the issue might be more centralized, possibly at the ONT or beyond.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a hardware issue, especially if your computer's Gigabit ethernet option switches to a 100 Mbps connection. Since you've already swapped out cables and routers, it could be something with the ethernet port on your computer, like bent pins in the RJ45 jack or a problematic NIC card. Another possibility is the ONT Ethernet port itself not functioning correctly.
