I recently built my new PC with an RTX 5070 Ti, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB of DDR5 6000MHz RAM, and an Asus TUF Gaming B850+ WiFi motherboard. I enabled EXPO I in the BIOS to ensure my RAM runs at full speed, but the SOC voltage for the CPU seems higher than what I expected. It's currently at 1.28V, and I thought it should ideally be around 1.20 to 1.25V. Can anyone share their thoughts on whether this voltage is safe? I'm a relatively new PC builder and would greatly appreciate your input. Cheers!

Whatever the default voltage is, it’s generally safe. Don’t stress too much; if EXPO is handling it, you’re good!
Default SOC voltage for EXPO settings is usually around 1.3V for stability. I’ve had to set mine at 1.2875V just to keep my system running smoothly, and I’ve had no issues at all. So, 1.28V should be fine for your setup!
Yeah, 1.3V is actually considered safe. There used to be no limit with earlier BIOS versions, but this safeguard is just to help maintain stability. You're in good hands with EXPO settings.

I just worry about long-term effects on my CPU. So, in your experience, it's really safe to keep it at that level?
